Our renovated old farmhouse located in the south of Toulouse offers a warm welcome, several services (seasonal swimming pool, library, "pétanque" court, "table d'hôtes" on request) and 5 comfortable rooms for your stay.

Getting to know us better

We are Magali and Fred, the happy owners of this guest house.

This project began in 2021, during a complex and anxiety-inducing time. We decided to change our lives and fulfill one of our dreams which was to acquire and renovate an old house, with a history, a footprint, a legacy, and welcome our friends, our family, and all travelers wishing to make a restorative stop in a unique and cosy setting.

As we are being curious and open-minded by nature, we are willing to have a free and respectful life in our house, where simple exchanges are in harmony with the peace and quiet of the place.

We love contrasts, roughness, textures as we are in love with our region and defend a certain "art of living", both in gastronomy and in life... On an old brick wall, an old oak beam like the wrinkles of a smile, we have much to learn and to give.

Families

We love children very much ( especially ours !) and for their safety, we would rather draw the attention of parents who would like to stay at La Pradasse. There are indeed many places that require permanent parental supervision (wrought iron railings on the bridge, stairs and walkways, open pond and swimming pool)

Pets

We have animals (cats and a dog) at La Pradasse and we do our utmost to ensure they don't disturb our guests' peace and quiet. For this reason, it is difficult to allow our guests' pets in addition of ours.

The Ideal Location

When you come in the lovely town of Ayguesvives, you will find La Pradasse where you will benefit form a privileged and peacefull place as you are able to explore the south of Toulouse, from Lauragais to the Pyrenees and all the way to the Mediterranean sea. 

By car, you will be :

• 15 minutes away from Ramonville metro station

• 5 minutes away from Baziège train station

• 20 minutes away from Toulouse city center

• less than 10 minutes away from Nailloux

• 15 minutes away from Labège

By bike, you will be :

• 5 minutes away from Ayguesvives lock on the Canal du Midi

• 1 hour away from Toulouse city center and Matabiau train station
